Mr. Kenneth Richards, a Retired Police Corporal with 38 plus years in the Police service, previously in charge of the Police Armory for 19 years, Drill and Firearm instructor and Physical training instructor. Foreign training abroad include training with Smith and Wesson certified armorer, qualified gunsmith and US Customs.
